Summer Food Truck Festival Coming Back To Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, WI — Get your grub on starting in May in Brookfield. After a two-year hiatus, the Town Food Truck Festival is set to return in May at The Corners of Brookfield. The partnership between Discover Brookfield and The Corners will help kick off the summer season beginning May 18 from 4:30 p.m.- 8 p.m. From May to September the festival will bring music, craft beer and other activities. "After taking the last two years off we're excited to bring back our Food Truck Festival this year. We can't wait to welcome guests back for fun summer nights out in the Town," said Anna Antoine, Town of Brookfield Tourism Director in a statement. Some local favorite food vendors include: Flour Girl and FlamePina Mexican EatsShorty's Grilled CheeseWisconsin Fried Cheese CurdsNothing Bundt CakesClean Cruisine Pete's PopsRoll MKESlo' Motion BBQ "The Corners team is thrilled to bring back this community favorite event and even more thrilled to be partnering with Discover Brookfield! To see the center come alive with more great, local food and music & our treasured community is what we love with an event!" said Chelsea Roesler, Marketing & Events Director at The Corners of Brookfield in a statement.
