The town Redevelopment Board on Monday, Feb. 7, discussed its schedule to address proposed Town Meeting zoning articles.
Member Gene Benson said he would like to get the Select Board's opinion on the two-family by-right article, which he thinks may be controversial. Others proposal are enhanced business districts, solar-energy systems and increasing floor-area ratio.
