ROYAL OAK TWP., MI — An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a 64-year-old woman in Royal Oak Township, Michigan State Police said Wednesday. Anita Randall was last seen at her home near 8 Mile and Wyoming in the township. Police describe Randall as 5-foot-9-inches tall and about 160 pounds. She has grey hair and blue eyes, police said.
