Three ppl were bit, and one had to go to the hospital.
The owner of the dog took off (!!), and there is a need to find out if it is current on its rabies vax!
They left the scene even though they knew there were injuries.
They need to come forward so people won't have to endure the shots! Plus it has become a police matter now.
