Hello There! Our company is currently hiring a trimmer that is also able to help out with many other tasks. First and fore most trimming is a large part of your day. Listed below are the many other responsibilities this position requires. We are a privately owned, small, boutique grow that values our employees. Responsibilities for this position include: Running miscellaneous errands for the company Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Prepare and complete orders for delivery Delivering Order’s to dispensaries Quality control of stored product and monitoring of the dry rooms Creating package tags and manifests in the Metric system Creating invoices using accounting software Trimming cannabis flower when not occupied with other tasks (You will spend most of your day trimming). Candidates must have: -Previous knowledge and experience in the Cannabis Industry is a must. Metric experience a plus but not necessary. -Basic knowledge of operating computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.. - Must have reliable transportation - Excellent speaking and communication skills - Honest with good integrity - Must have a keen eye for detail - Punctual, reliable, dependable - Highly organized -Trimming experience is a MUST! - Friendly and engaging with all types of people -Gracefully adapt to periodic and rapid change. (We are in the process of expanding our business into a second location). This is an hourly position that reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. The starting compensation is $18/hour and the warehouse hours are Mon-Thurs from 10am-6:00 pm with some Friday's and Sunday's (scheduled in advance). 21 and over only Must possess a valid OLCC handlers card Must pass a background check Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required.
