Responsibilities: Maintain entire estate landscaping and exterior of buildings Cleaning of roofs and gutters Operation of dump truck Onsite physical labor Job-site Clean up and Disposal at dump sites Pick ups and Deliveries of materials Loading and Unloading of materials Qualifications: Valid drivers license w/Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to pass Background and Drug Screening Must be able to be on time and communicate with Project Manager and Operations Manager Must be able to follow directions and work independently. Positive Attitude Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 hour DOE
