EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED PONO SECURITY Compensation: 22.00/hour Schedule: -Swing Shifts 5PM-2AM -Graveyard Shifts Must be available to work weekends. Field Security Supervisor are sent out to various locations on a daily or weekly basis. Others work at the same business, office building, every day. Field Security Supervisor will need to fulfill the following important duties and responsibilities: -Patrolling the premises regularly to ensure nothing is out of place -Patrolling to each site to visit guards -Ensuring everyone is clocked in to assigned shifts. -Being able to cover posts for no shows or late arrivals. -Liaising with law enforcement in the case of suspected or reported criminal activity -Performing scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the facility to check for any security breaches -Assisting the maintenance staff in securing an area during a maintenance emergency Requirements: -MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE AND RELILABE VEHICLE -MUST HAVE CURRENT ACTIVE GUARD CARD "Required" -HAS AT LEAST 2 YEARS SUPERVISOR DUTIES/LEADERSHIP -MUST HAVE VERY STRONG VERBAL COMMUNICATION AND PROFECIENT KNOWLEDGE WRITING INCIDENT REPORTS IN A CLEAR AND CONCISE ACURATE MANNER. -Maintain Positive attitude and enjoying helping people -Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions to successful conclusions. -Must be phone and computer literate. -Vaccine preferred WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AND WANT TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING GREAT!!
