We Need a Service Coordinator for Gas & Diesel Engines and Parts
This role spends 80% of their time working directly with customers over the phone, taking orders,
providing customer support, and troubleshooting technical issues. The other 20% of the time is
spent coordinating post-sales support with manufacturrs, such as parts rework in the field, finding
and signing servicing dealers, and creating trainings for manufacturer initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years Outdoor Power Equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be able to travel infrequently (as-needed)
Compensation
Hours are between 8-5, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive pay, $22-$27/hour for this
position, that rewards skill sets. This position includes a full benefits package with Medical, Dental,
