Warehouse facility is seeking a commercial Custodian / Janitor to join our dynamic and diverse team. You will have the responsibility of keeping our facilities clean, maintained, and organized. Minor repairs and maintenance as needed. Successful candidates will be dependable, personable, trustworthy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. You take pride in the quality of your work, and are a punctual, reliable team member. Schedule is M-F 6am to 11am or as needed. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties including floors • Perform routine maintenance tasks • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Keep inventory of cleaning supplies • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Duties: • Sweeping, vacuuming, and floor cleaning • Trash and debris removal • Monitor exterior of buildings for trash • Clean doors, hardware, fixtures, and some windows • Clean office break room, bathrooms, office spaces, hallways and office equipment • General maintenance, plumbing and electrical experience helpful Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse or commercial facility cleaning Maintenance of industrial facilities Ability to handle physical workload, repetitive Able to stand, sit, kneel, reach, and lift supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs. for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality work, must be organized Present a clean appearance with workwear fitting for the job Basic construction skills or background helpful Plumbing or electrical repair skills helpful Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Must be able to pass background check Call or submit resume at bprmgroup.vensuretalent.com
