junk removal /cleaner needed

mover/ cleaner needed to bag up trash and push furniture/junk to sidewalk if you can haul away junk for a good price, I am open to that. compensation: $16 /hour but can be negotiable Previous renter moved out and left lots of junk and messes inside. (5 pieces of furniture (shelves etc) and roughly 8 large garbage bags of trash /paper to be picked up and bagged. wipe counters (bathroom and kitchen with soap) I am looking for someone professional, drug-free, and on time. If you complete the job as you promised on schedule, I will definitely hire you for future maintenance and upgrades in the future as well as recommend your services to my network of realtors, homeowners, and investors. You must bring your own equipment and tools. You can go to the dollar store to pick up some garbage bags, wiping cloths, and cleaning spray.
