starting mid march seeking childcare full time

hello! My husband and i have a three, almost four year old we are looking for childcare full time starting in march, at our place preferably but open to yours. it would be week days, however being a barber some times i have a day off during the week and so would you, however you would get paid regardless. im hoping to find someone that is willing to do a flat rate monthly. ideally we can afford 700-1000 a month. i think this would be a great fit for a stay at home mom or someone looking to make a bit of income. absolutely no men.
