Need to have carpeting cleaned - must understand olefin

We have an older condo which has wall-to-wall carpet in living room. Perhaps 400 square feet? It is olefin synthetic. Bedrooms will also need cleaning, but at a somewhat later date. Looking for individual or business who understands proper cleaning method for this kind of carpet. And yes, some day will replace -- probably with vinyl plank flooring. But for right now, would like very dirty carpeting cleaned. Looking for rough estimate of cost also.
