Maintenance Technician Floater Crossbeam Investments, LLP, a Seattle-based property management company, is searching for a Maintenance Technician based in their Pioneer Square corporate office that will travel to commercial and apartment properties located throughout the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will possess basic maintenance skills with a construction background as well as the ability to communicate with residents and vendors. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician: • Tenant Improvements o Repair cabinets, closet latches, hinges, bathroom fixtures etc. o Light Plumbing leaks/troubleshooting o Change locks o Light electrical such as replacing light fixtures, heaters and outlets o Replace water heaters o Some painting • Perform general construction improvements on properties • Light appliance repair What the Successful Maintenance Technician will have: • Construction experience preferred, able to perform framing and drywall without supervision • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician. Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred. • Able to travel to various properties to complete larger projects as needed • Effective communication skills with residents and vendors • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Hiring is contingent on passing a background check and drug test Compensation: • $27.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE Outstanding Benefits include: • Medical, dental and vision • Generous PTO • Paid Holidays • 401(k) All Things HR, an external HR Consulting Company, has partnered with Crossbeam Investments, LLP to assist with the hiring process.
