I am looking for a home for a cat who is f.i.v. positive. he is a very chill cat, likes to be held, genrally unpreturbed. he likes to headbutt you. and this cat is basically a bulldog if it was a cat, so when you get head-butted, you know it. He weighs thirteen pounds and its all muscle. He has lived outside most of his life, and so he does a lot of trying to figure out how to get back out, but he is already settling down, after a month. he is currently unfixed (they are scheduling pretty far out. he has an appointment scheduled but it's months out) he has all his shots. f.i.v positive cats live pretty normal lives. they are more susceptible to communicable illnesses, but since they can spread f.i.v to other cats (only through biting and sex) they need to be kept alone or with other f.v. cats only. i will have questions about what sort of household is taking him in, if you have f.i.v positive cats that would be perfect, otherwise i need to know it will just be him, and that he will get fixed (willing to work with you if you want to keep the appointment he has. 25 dollar re-homing fee, negotiable for the perfect home.
