Looking for Abril's transcription of Moon River

If anyone out there has the Mario Abril "Blue Book" of songs that has the author's transcription of Moon River, I would really appreciate getting a copy of it. My mother is turning 94 on March 2nd and I would like to play it for her. She is in her dotage and I think this song would perk her up. If you have it and are willing to share, get back to me ASAP and I will really appreciate it!
