Concrete Company is seeking workers at all levels of experience. Very very flexible hours. Can work part time or full time...weekends or no weekends.... Atmosphere is laid back and the owner is appreciative of the work you do. Our focus is flatwork; driveways, walkways, and slabs as well as some foundation and wall construction. We are 50% residential and 50% commercial. Three requirements are: 1) Transportation as the jobs move but are usually in the Broomfield/Westminster areas. You will drive to the construction sites. 2) Have a social security or a tax ID number as this is a 1099 job 3) Have a great attitude! Not required but helpful - own hand tools. If you have a friend or relative that you enjoy working with please let us know as well, and would potentially hire both of you. Job starts in 2 weeks, but may have work sooner. 2 hour sick/vacation/leave time accrued for every 40 hours worked. Can bank those or use them. Paid lunch breaks. Paid bonuses for jobs finished early. Gas / mileage paid for jobs greater than 15 miles away from our construction yard. Protective gear supplied (ears, eyes, mouth, and vests as needed). Pay Scale: $20 - General Labor no concrete experience $25 - General Labor knowledge of concrete projects..demo, prep, assist in forming, assist with pours $27 - General Labor and can operate skid steer. attachments, and some excavator work $31 - All the above and set concrete forms with proper grade (including stairs) $36 - All the above and finish concrete. Finishing will be paid a bonus per job of $125 Extra $1 per hour if bilingual Spanish/English All wages subject to raises with excellent performance Please reply and will forward you additional information about our company and website to look at some of our completed projects.
