30 F looking for roommate

I’m looking for a roommate to find an apartment with in mid May of this year. I currently live in a one bedroom unit and would love to save some extra cash with a roommate. My current place is 1200/month in Tempe and ideally I’d love to find a 2 bedroom unit I could share with someone that is around 1600 or under to share costs. I’d like to look around Chandler or Tempe but based on commute I’d be open to other places as well. A little about me. 30 year old female without pets. I’d love to get one in the next year if the time is right but I’m also ok to wait until I own my own place if roommate had a conflict. I also don’t mind if roommate has a pet! I have a boyfriend that sleeps over sometimes and I sleep at his place sometimes. I work full time as a nanny and am hoping to begin grad school for social work in August. I don’t smoke but I don’t mind if people do. So 420 friendly. I’m originally from Seattle so it would be nice if roommate would be ok with an occasional out of town visitor but again this is negotiable depending on roommates needs and would never be without notice. I work out, go to movies, hang with friend and generally try to stay sane from the heat in the summer haha! I’d like to find a new place but would also be ok moving into a current residence if it works out that way!
