Apartment Community is seeking an individual who can fully prepare apartment homes for new residents as well as maintaining the condition of occupied apartments. Skills needed include, but are not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry. Candidates must have the desire and ability to address residents’ customer service needs through clear and caring communication. Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented.
