Need childcare for 2 children

Description

I work full time and need childcare for my two boys. One is 4 the other is 9 months. Will require diaper changes for my 9 month old and feeding. I work Saturday-Wednesday 6am-2pm so the ideal person would be able to watch my children on the weekends. I would like someone who can work with me and come up with a fixed salary for the month. Preferably someone who can watch them in my home. Thank you
