Details: Open Position: Handyman Wages offered: $25/hour Job Type: Part Time or Full Time Work Schedule: Possible Start Date: We are hiring immediately. Locations: Springtown and Weatherford, TX Employee expectations: All that we ask is that you are reliable, respectful, punctual, able to follow directions, work in a safe manner, and ready to get the job done. We are looking for people who are interested in starting their career in the trades and get on track to earn $50,000/year or more within their first 6 months! Job Description .Perform electrical repairs in community areas Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts trim/door work door repairs and adjustments needed. Cabinet door/drawer adjustments to make them straight or close smoothly (we have soft close drawers) experienced in tile work hang and fix entry doors, door hardware Plumbing, sheetrock, paint Requirements: We would like someone that is experienced in Electrical, sheetrock, painting, tiling, plumbing, and framing. Maximum of 30 hours a week. Benefits: If you show an aptitude for the trade you are learning, you will be given a raise within your first 3-6 months of employment.
