A lady from Scranton who did a birthday fundraiser for a local family.

Im looking for the lady from Scranton (who I believe is in a band). Back in January of 2020 she posted an ad on craigslist, looking for a family in need to do a fundraiser for. She was turning 30 and wanted to do something nice for someone while celebrating a milestone in her life. She corresponded back and forth (all emails are still saved) and decided to pick this family. She made a facebook fundraiser, and raised the funds. Then covid hit. She sent a message saying she will be in touch at the end of April or May when the lock down is over to gift the family. They havent heard from her since. What can this family do? We have the original ad number from craigslist but because it is over 45 days you cant correspond. We have tried reaching out to craigslist as well as facebook to no response. I feel horrible for this family and would love for them to be able to utilize the funds for the children like they were supposed to. Mom and Dad refuse to ask for any help. They have been through so much and if we could just help lift their spirits to let them know they arent alone, that would be great.
