We work outside in varying weather conditions, and a fast-paced environment! Our Lube Technicians start at $14 (with no prior experience) plus commission and bonuses! Full or Part Time! Flexible Hours and Schedule! Overtime available-Paid training-Paid time off (1 week after 1 year- Full Time Only Opportunity to advance within the company Prior experience is not necessary. This is entry level technician job where you will learn basic functions and maintenance of cars. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be responsible for communicating with guests during their service and assisting other technicians. This involves inspecting vehicles, recommending services due to customers, and using a POS system. Other duties include maintaining a clean work space, and providing help to other technicians. Recommend items and services needed Inspecting top side of vehicle Topping of fluid in vehicles Performing requested maintenance in an efficient manner Assisting in other services Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Ideal candidate Must have a positive, friendly attitude Willingness to learn Excel at working as a team Ability to multitask Detail oriented Physical requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions and climates Ability to lift objects up to 30lb APPLY HERE
