ISO young male rats

I'm looking for 2 or 3 young male rats. One year or younger. These will be pets for my 3 children. We have owned rats in the past, I'm very knowledgeable and Wr have a large 5 story cage. I'm not interested in females due to tumors they usually develop. I spent way to much on rat surgery in the past to remove tumors. I'm in Belleville, IL willing to travel 45 mins. Thanks.
