Junk removal- easy job

I have a few items left over in a rental property that I need removed and hauled away TODAY (Feb. 14th). A couple of bigger items (love seat, etc.) but mostly smaller items that need to be collected and taken out of the garage. I would guess the entire job will take LESS than 2 hours.
