We are accepting applications for an immediate opening for the position of Maintenance Technician at our Springfield apartment community. The primary duties of a Maintenance Technician are to maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition by completing corrective maintenance (work orders and make-readies), preventive maintenance (inspections and repairs) and emergency maintenance. The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years general maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
