Wealing Brothers is a small family owned company near Fowler, IN. We are seeking a couple of motivated people. Job includes operating a 5 wheel Terra Gator through a field injecting liquid biosolids. Manual transmission experience a must. Job requires to lift at least 50 lbs. and get dirty from time to time. This is also a general labor type of job. There is a lot of variety in our type of work. From operating skid steers/ tractors/ excavators/ dozers/ pumps/ trucks, etc. Must be dependable, punctual and ready to learn and work. Must be able to listen and work safely. We work 6 days a week in spring and fall. Must have a valid drivers license. Must pass Pre-employment drug screen, and random screenings. No experience is necessary, but common sense is necessary. Mechanical and agricultural experience are a +. Hard work never goes unnoticed, so willingness to learn and work are encouraged in anything you do. If you like working outside, agriculture, and can work well with others, this might be for you. We work year round, this is not a seasonal job. We are very busy spring and fall, little slower summer/ winter. 1 Weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment. $15/ hour start pay. Overtime is time and 1/2 over 40 hours per week.
