Athena is a wonderful, affectionate dog looking for her new home. She is a 2.5 year old fixed female, believed to be a Rottie/Coonhound mix. She is up to date on her shots, house trained, and crate trained. She is wonderful with other dogs, small children, and cats (though she is very interested in cats, she can be a little much for them. But can live with them with positive redirection) We are located in the Salisbury area and willing to do foster to adopt to make sure she is the right fit for your home. She should go to someone with a secure fenced in back yard. Her hound nose makes her want to roam. She is a little timid from being rescued from a bad situation, but with the right family she is extremely affectionate, playful, and loving. Asking a rehoming fee of $100 to ensure she goes to a home that can care for her financially.
