I'm an amateur drummer looking for musicians to practice with once or twice per week. I am just looking to sharpen my skills and broaden my range as a musician by playing with others. Ideally, looking for someone that can play through a few songs as well as improvise/jam, so please don't apply if you're a total beginner; intermediate is perfectly OK. Influences: Led Zeppelin, Rush, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Genesis, Judas Priest, Motörhead, Alice in Chains, Metallica, Celtic Frost, Destruction, Bathory, Meshuggah, Witchfinder General. Where: Astoria Soundworks (ASW) When: Wed., Thur., or Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Saturday/Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Cost: Session Rooms at ASW are $60 for 6 hours, split evenly between everyone (maximum 3 people); Note: musicians who can't cover their share of the cost will not be invited back.
