Help needed

My old dog is passed 15 years and has had several seizures, a couple of strokes and really isn't doing well. There has been medicine available to ease some of his pain but still he is calling out in his own way to be released. There is no way I could tell you how gentle and kind he has been all his life and now at the end of the trail he needs some assistance getting to the other side. I am broken in more ways than one and asking for help. Some dignity for my friend please. My heart is crushed. Looking for some help here, reach out if you have an option for my friend.
