Job Description: • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion. • Maintain a clean and safe work space. • Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance and handyman work. • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to handle physical workload • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. • Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. • General maintenance • Repair and improvement of a property. Skills: • Appliance installation • Carpentry • Basic plumbing • Minor electrical wiring • Maintenance and renovation.
