Description
Bruno is an almost 3 year old (in May) Cane Corso. He is crate trained, walks well on a leash and is house broken. He enjoys belly rubs, cuddles and is more on the lazy side. He also shows no food, toy or bone aggression. His breed is a protector, so he will let out a bark to warn others if they walk by the house otherwise he is not a barker. He is a very large breed 140+ lbs. His only behavioral issue is he is scared of strangers. He does not lunge or bite when he sees a stranger, but cowers and barks. He does not do this is you are walking him on a leash or if a stranger enters a house and you acknowledge the stranger. He only does this if he is in an unfamiliar environment and stranger walks up to you and him. Otherwise he is a very loving dog. He did grow up around children, an 18month old who climbs over him and a 12 year old who lays on him. Due to his scared nature, although he would not bite, he would be more suitable for an experienced owner willing to work with his stranger danger issue. We can’t keep him due to increased hours we are working, but child recently diagnosed with Asthma. He is not neutered. There are housing requirements for him before he goes to a new home. Also a new owner who is willing to stay in touch to let us know his well being.
