Need someone to service our gas fireplace

We have a gas fireplace in the house that is turning on, then for some strange reason shutting off. Need someone to come out and service it, make sure that it stays on when we put it on. Tell me what you need to make a house call for this. And tell me what your background is with these gas fireplaces. I do not wish to hire someone who is going to wing it...or thinks they can fix anything, so... I want someone who knows gas fireplaces. If this ad is up, we still need someone. Thanks!
