Saturday, February 19th at 10:30 am, join Liz Lindenmeier, as she guides you through a 60-min nightlife inspired cardio sculpt workout. Enjoy Lit&Lean at The Wharf using silent disco headphones for the ultimate clubbing experience. Class participants are encouraged to bring their own weights/bala bands (2-3 pounds). Space is limited.
