The magic of the ocean & it's colors & shapes inspire this camp. Using multiple mediums kids will get to create what is under the sea! A weeklong journey into the mystical world that we only get to visit. An art camp that explores how the unique qualities of the ocean and it's residence influence the world around us, even in Colorado! Using painting, drawing and other mediums, kids will get to create several Ocean themed works of art to take home. Snacks and drinks are provided, please tell me of any food allergies your child may have. An experience you don’t want to miss! As art can get messy & although there are aprons to wear I ask that your child wears clothing that can get dirty. Due to Boulder County Mandate face masks are required no matter vaccine status. I am a new artist at the Firehouse Art Center in Longmont Colorado. My focus has always been on clay in some shape or form but drawing, painting and mixed media are things I enjoy as well. Sharing whatever knowledge I have in a laidback, fun way is my style and I think it's reflected in my artwork as well. I hope to have you join me on my journey through life. Together we can create a world of joy, or at least have fun trying!
