Join us as we drum to the rhythm of our own beat using hand drums and percussive instruments! Girls Rock! Rochester will be hosting a FREE Rhythm & Drum Workshop for Girls, Women and LGBTQ+ of all ages! Parents are welcomed and encouraged to join in the fun with their children as well :-) Join us at our Village Gate location , and learn the art of dynamics, listening, communication and hand drumming! This workshop is for ALL LEVELS, and no drumming experience is needed. Together we will create a soundscape, exploring improvisation and soloing and will be teaching basic drumming/ percussion technique.
