This mini retreat was created with this idea in mind: Goddesses need healing too! Join Uma for a beautiful day of storytelling, healing, upliftment and conscious attention to our manifestations. Enter feeling drained, exhausted or worn down and leave feeling refreshed, refocused and ready to create the lives we deserve! Only 12 participants can attend so RSVP now! Our focus this month is on the THROAT CHAKRA so all activities and lunch will be focused on enhancing allowing ourselves to experience and feel love as well as letting go of past hurts and pains. Come and experience a day of refreshment and revival. Outline: 10am-11am: Cross the Line Exercise We all have powerful stories that we don't share. Join us for a powerful journey into self expression as we share our truths and learn how to speak up from our pain. A powerful exercise that leaves you feeling lighter and freer immediately. 11am-11.30am: Meditation and Mantra We will begin with the chanting of the Shiva mantra to clear away illusions so we can see the TRUTH of life for ourselves then sit for a few moments in silence to receive this energetic upgrade. 11.30am-12pm: Throat Centered Journaling Exercise After our busy but healing morning, we will take some time to journal. Questions will be focused on your ability and capacity to speak your truth. Please bring a journal and pen for this part! 12pm-1.00pm: Lunch Break and Goddess Chat Time A vegetarian lunch will be catered at the center for all participants. If you have specific food preferences or food restrictions, please bring your own food for your safety. Each participant can talk about the issues they are going through in life and we will hold space and offer insights for helpful clarity. 1.00pm-1.30pm: Access Energetic Clearings in Throat Chakra Issues Uma will go through the topics of throat chakra issues to destroy the blocks you have around them using Access energetic clearings. Powerful! 1.30pm-2.30pm: Message Circle with Tarot/Oracle Cards Bring your tarot or oracle cards and we will take turns reading each other to receive messages from Spirit that we need to hear! 2.30pm-3pm: Closing Circle and Reflections Uma Alexandra Beepat is a Soul Alignment Coach, Intuitive Consultant and the CEO of The Lotus and The Light Metaphysical Center located in Northern Virginia.
