In this Boozey Baking class the following is included: *Baileys Irish cream Chocolate swirl N.Y. Cheesecake *Korbel Champagne Chocolate Truffles *Mojito French Macarons *Banana Rum/salted Caramel bread pudding *Drunken Jamaican Gingerbread cake The class is partially demonstration, partially active hands on in order to get thru the entire roster of items listed in this three hour session. To go containers are provided, and you get to take home what has been prepared. Pastry Codex's motto is that we ..."create memories crystallized in time", our "Halo" events such as "the Mad Hatter Tea Party" or our newly released "Traditional French Classics" Dessert class, are more comprehensive and grander in scope, encompassing proprietary techniques, recipes, unlike anything currently being offered.
