This class includes: Coaching by Uma Alexandra Beepat-Certified Bars Facilitator Viewing “Access the Bars” DVD with founder Gary Douglas personally demonstrating the techniques. Receiving TWO Bars sessions and Giving TWO Bars sessions A comprehensive manual and summary chart to assist you in running the Bars on your own. After this one-day class: • You will learn how to give a complete Access Bars session confidently! . You will be certified as a Bars Practitioner and can offer sessions to others. • You will be registered with Access Consciousness and will receive supportive emails and recordings to assist you on your path! • You can participate in monthly Access shares set up by Uma Many people have received inner peace and clarity in their own lives and created successful businesses with this unique, gentle therapy. In Person Safety Measures: Please note that we take safety at Lotus very seriously. We have therefore limited our classes to small sizes so prepayment will be necessary to ensure that those who RSVP in fact do show up. Attendees are asked to wash hands in the bathroom before entering Lotus and removing their shoes. Masks and gloves are welcomed and supported. If you have a fever, cough or do not feel well, we ask that you stay home. Payments are non refundable so they will be used for a class in the future when you feel better.
