Grounds Cleaning (Porter) for Apartment Complexes Schedule: Full Time 40 hours: Monday Through Friday. 8 am to 4:30pm. Pay: $12-$14 per hour. Prior Experience a plus Duties: • Grounds Cleanup/Trash Pickup • Must be able to walk long distances • Must be able to lift Heavy Weight up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to operate a golf cart. • Blowing • Pressure Cleaning • Effective Communicator (bi-lingual a plus) Must have reliable form of transportation.
