At this time of reflection of relationships, come turn inward to the lovers dynamic exploring our own masculine and feminine energy union. This month that is dedicated to external relationship we turn instead inward to explore our own dynamics of the masculine and feminine energies within. How are these energies contrasting or complementary? Do you feel a block in the union? Do these internal lovers trust each other? What areas of your body are longing for more attention, love and respect? What love messages might be uncovered in this deep exploration? Note: this is the theme for February only. Each month will have a different theme of embodied practices We will explore our bodies through movement, inquiry, and respectful touch practices uncovering the wisdom held within. It is a time for strengthening the light within allowing ourselves to have the courage to navigate the depth and vastness of our darkness.
