Physical Preparation for Grappling
Locomotion is a full body exercise that stimulates and develops high levels of strength, flexibility, and body control - essential in building a foundation for grappling and other martial skill work.
In this workshop, you will learn 4 Core Movement Patterns: Bear, Monkey, Frogger, and Crab.
Each of these locomotive patterns will allow you to explore various ranges of motion necessary to build the attributes that will support and enhance your wrestling practice.
You will learn methods to build on your strengths, shore up your weaknesses, and bring your grappling training and performance to the next level in a safe, fun, and healthy way.
See you there!
