Exterior painting company is looking for motivated person for production managers position with or without experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Planning and scheduling project start date.
2. Monitoring workmanship to ensure quality.
3.Assist contractors in problem solving.
4. Develop and complete "punch list" items.
5.Handle service issues for past projects, as they arise.
6.Communicate with clients throughout the installation process-updating them with progress, anticipating and addressing concerns, making sure of successful job completion.
7.Reviewing and submitting invoices for payments.
8. Material preparation at the warehouse.
We offer weekly salary and monthly bonuses, company vehicle, paid business expenses, paid cell phone, health insurance available after trial period. Yearly income 60+K.
