We (Coach Alice and Coach Courtney) are honored and excited to have you at our GOAL SETTING SOCIAL! You don't want to miss the following content: -Learn the basics of goal setting in a fun, supportive environment! (We will cover basic goal setting with focus on nutrition and strength training) -Make friends while you gain knowledge! (Yes, we will have mimosas) -Information on our next events will be released! (In case you need a goal to work towards) The atmosphere will be relaxed. Just come and have a good time. We love engaging with the community and hope to give back as much as we can!
