Right now myself and my mom are living at this residence and we have had black mold in the laundry room on the walls. The landlord does not do a damn thing about it. We are looking for another house to move to. I just want others to know about this. I did my best to clean the mold off and put 4 Coats of Kilz all over the wall. Not saying that will fix the problem, but I did try. Also the house has lead paint all through the house, she even told us that prior to moving in. We were on our last thread for a place to live so we had no choice. Also, the air ducts are never cleaned out, we have dust daily no matter how well we clean. She never services the AC unit from winter to summer nor services the furnace unless one of them stop working and has to be fixed. We even have rusted metal showing on the bottom step that she won't fix.
