Description

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.  Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, and paid parking. Responsibilities: Answer phones, Open mail, organize mail. Make coffee, Respond to emails. Compose emails. Send follow up emails, Make copies. Make UPS labels, Send UPS labels via email, Send UPS packages, Proofreading, Knowledge of scanning, pdf, Pay bills over the phone and other general office duties, such as ordering supplies, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office (mostly Word and Excel) Proficient with gmail, adobe acrobat. Beginners knowledge of sharepoint. Must be comfortable in a small office environment, and maintain social distancing. Must type at least 70 WPM. Proficient on regular PC, General office etiquette.
