Let’s meet in a safe space to enjoy some movement medicine and connect with ourselves and each other to find peace, joy, and strength within.
I will guide the class in grounding to feel safe, peaceful, and strong in our bodies through breathwork, guided meditation, creative visualization, core connection exercises, and simple healing dance movements. Create a loving “bridge” back between your body, mind, and spirit.
WHAT TO BRING: a mat and/or blanket and water bottle
WHAT TO WEAR: comfortable clothing to move

This class is positive and uplifting. It can bring relief from stress, tension, overall stiffness, and a general feeling of disconnection. Somatic healing is based on awareness of your body and learning to listen to and respect its messages. We begin with stretching and exercises to ground and create your sacred, safe space with Mother Earth. Our dance movement will include simple dance exercises and moving our hips to open up our hearts and balance our bodies. This workshop is safe for people with core issues such as low back and hip pain.
