In search of Lead-Guitarist for alternative cover band

Creating a danceable “Classic Alternative” rock/pop cover band. 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s. It’s for fun but we are detail-oriented and want a quality product. Play 1-3 times a month. See the 2 video-clips below. Since we don’t have guitarists yet, we selected 2 songs that we could pull off as a 2-piece. Everything is LIVE except for the MIDI drum tracks I programmed, including us faking guitar parts on keys & bass, and triggering lights via footswitch. You should be real good technically but don’t need to shred. There is room for solos / improv. This is not a good position for the typical classic-rock/blues/R&B guitarist. Songs we have in mind can have multiple parts, tones, effects, volumes, and sections with no guitar.
