HELP COMES IN ALL FORMS

Description

To some this may seem long-winded and unnecessary, but I feel a very short summation of my situation will help put everything into perspective. So please, allow me a few words.. For the past 2 months I’ve been homeless in Eastern Washington, escaping an abusive relationship. I slowly pushed my way North to Bellingham, to distant myself from my abuser and their friends while hoping to create a fresh start. I found a job and was supposed to start Monday, February 14th. Saturday night (2/12/22) I felt intense pain in my jaw, by morning my entire jaw was extremely swollen. I went to the Bellingham ER, after CT scans and close monitoring, they said I need emergency jaw surgery and I’ve been sent to Harborview in Seattle. I’m currently in a curtained area awaiting on a doctor’s recommendations. As I sit here coming to grips with all that has happened, I see I might need help when released from Harborview. I literally left my home in Eastern Washington with nothing but what I had on my person. All I had was stolen, including my Truck. I anticipate future legal actions to see if it’s possible to aquire some of it back, but first things first; food, water, clothing, shelter, job. I had a duffle bag with some clothing and essentials I was able to acquire (honestly). Before going to the hospital this morning, I stashed my belongings among some trees, having no idea I would not soon return. I feel, from my experience, my belongings will be gone when I return. This is not an attempt of fishing for anything free, I am willing to work for any help provided. I am a skilled cook, baker, handyman, painter, janitor, organizer and ditch digger (the world always needs more ditch diggers) Though given a ride by ambulance from Bellingham to Harborview, there are no return rides offered, so I am going to be stranded in Seattle once released. I’ve been informed I have surgery tomorrow morning, and will be required to return for a checkup a week from now. Not sure how I’ll make that happen, but one bridge at a time. In essence, here are my needs. Any assistance given with regards to any of these needs will be enormously appreciated and eventually passed forward to another deserving person once I’m standing solidly on my own two feet. ITEMS NEEDED: • WARM SUITABLE WORK ATTIRE & FOOT WEAR • TENT • SLEEPING BAG • BUS TICKET FROM SEATTLE TO BELLINGHAM • STRAIGHT TALK PHONE CARD • SOME BASIC FOOD AND DRINK • BACK PACK/DUFFLE BAG • TOILETRIES • HAIR CUT Or perhaps a point in the right direction for acquiring a job, vehicle, and/or housing. Thank you for reading this call for help.. Thank you to those that are in a position to help. Thank you to all please for not flagging this post. I am a genuine real person, in a genuinely precarious situation, with a genuine need for help.
