I have many forms of arthritis have diabetes and cancer in in need to have a Indian river county social worker meet me in my apartment and help me with afew things I have medicare.. I just need a home visit to figure out a few things I don't drive on limited income and only have rides for Drs appointments can do a bus but cancer has me sick and weak so a home visit would be appreciated
