Candlelight Yoga followed by wine in front of a warm fireplace! Candlelight Wine & Yoga Night at the Signature Chophouse in Flushing Michigan Dates: Thursday February 17th Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Where: The Signature Chop House 1537 E. Pierson Road, Flushing, MI 48433 Cost: $20 at the door (cash only). Cost includes one hour of breathing meditation, gentle yoga and one glass of wine, beer or soft drink after class. This class incorporates a breathing meditation, gentle yoga stretches, and relaxation in a calming, candlelit room. It is designed to soothe the stressful soul while at the same time energize you to face the stressors waiting for you tomorrow. A yoga mat is recommended. Please dress in comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Appropriate for all levels but must be able to get down and up from the floor. Bring your friends, coworkers, and loved ones or come alone and make new friends! This is a great friends night, date night or girls night out!
